In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team of operators to train and develop their skills, and you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will also be responsible for monitoring quality control processes and ensuring that all customer orders are completed on time and to the highest standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laundry operations and ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage a team of skilled laundry operators and provide training and development opportunities to help them improve their skills.
• Monitor quality control processes and ensure that all customer orders are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Ensure that all laundry equipment is properly maintained and calibrated to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment by implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement new laundry processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure that all customer orders are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Monitor and analyze laundry performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the laundry industry.
• Proven experience in managing a team of laundry operators.
• Strong knowledge of laundry equipment and processes, including commercial washing machines, dryers, and ironing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both team members and customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
