📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate the movement of goods from air cargo to sea cargo, ensuring efficient and timely deliveries.
• Manage and optimize logistics operations using SAP and JDA software.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or challenges that arise.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to junior staff to ensure high standards of performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on air and sea freight.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing logistics operations using SAP and JDA.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
