📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of Kenangan Coffee Philippines locations in Bali, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff, providing leadership and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality and service standards.
• Develop and execute operational plans, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and seasonal offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and employee development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Square, Toast) and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of local market trends and customer preferences in Bali.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
