📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide comprehensive technical support for OR equipment, including troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Conduct training sessions for medical staff on the proper use and maintenance of OR equipment
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on OR equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize surgical workflows and enhance patient care
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in OR technology and best practices
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols for OR equipment
- Document all technical support activities and maintenance procedures for future reference
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or maintenance for medical equipment, preferably in an OR setting
- Certification in Medical Equipment Maintenance and Repair (MEMR) or a similar relevant certification
- Familiarity with major OR equipment brands and their specific technical requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with medical staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
