In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. You'll work closely with our team of educators to ensure that our students not only master the English language but also develop essential life skills. Our curriculum is designed to be interactive and fun, incorporating the latest teaching methodologies and technologies to enhance the learning experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to students aged 5 to 25, using a variety of teaching methods and technologies.
• Collaborate with our team of educators to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of our diverse student population.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills and confidence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in English language teaching, and incorporate new methodologies into your lessons.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and community activities to foster a love for learning and cultural exchange.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment for all students.
• Work with parents and guardians to ensure a strong partnership and support system for our students.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our teaching practices and the overall educational experience at LB LIA Cileungsi.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to young learners.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with interactive teaching methods and technologies, such as educational software, games, and multimedia tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
• TEFL or TESOL certification is a plus.
