📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine video concepts in collaboration with the marketing and creative teams, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign goals.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content using industry-leading tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and motion graphic artists to create visually stunning and engaging content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital media, applying innovative techniques to enhance our video content.
• Optimize video content for various platforms, including social media, advertising, and web, ensuring maximum engagement and reach.
• Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of our video content.
• Assist in the development of creative briefs and storyboards to guide the production process.
• Contribute to the overall creative vision of the company, helping to shape our brand’s visual identity and narrative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other industry-standard editing software.
• Strong understanding of color grading and visual effects, with experience using tools like DaVinci Resolve.
• Creative and innovative approach to video editing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising trends, with a deep understanding of audience engagement.
