📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage vessel schedules and charter contracts to ensure timely and efficient cargo delivery.
• Coordinate with chartering partners, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to secure optimal rates and terms.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vessel performance and cargo handling.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between logistics, operations, and procurement.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
• Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to support business growth.
• Provide ad-hoc support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in vessel and charter management, preferably in the maritime logistics industry.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of maritime operations, including vessel scheduling, chartering, and cargo handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
• Bilingual in English and Indonesian is a plus.
