As a Credit Marketing Officer at Mandiri Andalan Utama, you'll be the face of our credit products, working directly with UMKs to understand their needs and tailor solutions that meet their business goals. Your daily tasks will include market research, customer relationship management, and promotional activities to increase our market share in Kalimantan Utara.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell credit products to micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMK) in Kalimantan Utara.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their business needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Present and negotiate credit product offers to UMKs.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to UMKs.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in credit marketing or sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit products and financial services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
