📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement content strategies for social media platforms and online marketplaces.
• Create engaging posts, videos, and ads using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce space.
• Work closely with the sales team to create promotional content that drives conversions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Tokopedia, and Lazada is a plus.
