You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and best practices in the tech industry. Your daily tasks will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development programs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with Indonesian labor laws and best practices in the tech industry.
• Lead the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns and promoting work-life balance.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Ensure compliance with all local and international employment laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic HR advice to the management team, supporting business objectives and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the tech industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
