📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems in the poultry processing facility.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely.
• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintenance standards.
• Implement and monitor maintenance schedules using software like SAP or similar.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any maintenance-related issues.
• Provide training and support to new maintenance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the poultry processing industry.
