🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospital management, preferably in a multi-hospital network setting.
- Proven track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Certification in Healthcare Management (CHM) or a similar professional certification.
