📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.,Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitoring and reporting patient progress to the healthcare team.,Assisting with the coordination of patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.,Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to maintain and enhance skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse or equivalent.,Certification as a Registered Nurse in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
