📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Allied Health department, ensuring high-quality patient care and service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing leadership and support to ensure optimal performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and service delivery.,Participate in continuous professional development and training programs.,Represent the department at internal and external meetings and events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field, preferably Nursing or Allied Health.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Proven track record of successful team management and leadership.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Proficiency in using relevant healthcare management software and tools.
