📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage and track sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.,Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to expand the customer base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and customer relations in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
