📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  • Manage and motivate the culinary and service staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cost control measures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Participate in staff training and development programs.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Rumah Sakit Joko Auto Service by promoting our restaurant as a key attraction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
