Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high-quality food and service standards are maintained to meet customer expectations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions as needed.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or equivalent experience in a managerial role.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting.,Understanding of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
