📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and distributors.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service and support post-sale.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or tea industry.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Knowledge of the tea industry and market is a plus.,Valid SIM and KTP are required.
