In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance the team's effectiveness.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
