JUNCTION Dinamis is looking for a dynamic and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.,Maintain accurate records of visitor information and other relevant data.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.,Handle any emergency situations that may arise at the reception area.,Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist role or related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office equipment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
