📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies to achieve company goals.,Managing and mentoring a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitoring departmental performance and providing regular reports to senior management.,Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise within the department.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure that the company's overall objectives are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in using HR software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with remote work and the ability to manage a remote team effectively.
