📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory levels.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct quality checks on finished products.,Provide training and support to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production role.,Experience in managing inventory and production processes.,Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong communication and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and tools.,Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
