📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Provide expert advice and solutions to clients to meet their business needs.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
