📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned department.,Develop and implement departmental strategies to achieve company goals.,Lead and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve common goals.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges within the department.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and leading teams.,Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR management and best practices is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
