📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update supplier records and contracts.,Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Prepare and maintain purchase reports and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Knowledge of procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations.
