In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery, and maintaining a positive customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle all financial transactions including cash, credit, and debit payments.,Process insurance claims and patient payments accurately and efficiently.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Assist in managing the clinic's inventory and supplies.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth operations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software, particularly accounting and inventory management systems.,Familiarity with insurance claim processing is a plus.
