📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Facilitate performance reviews and professional development initiatives
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution
• Support the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback to improve our workplace
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and concerns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles
• Familiarity with HR software like BambooHR and Google Workspace
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Experience in a dynamic, advertising-related industry is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
