📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive beverage strategy that aligns with the company's vision and values.
• Oversee the daily operations of the beverage department, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation.
• Manage and mentor a team of beverage specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Source, select, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Monitor beverage sales and inventory, optimizing stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of beverages into the overall guest experience.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and staying abreast of trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role within the beverage industry, with a proven track record of success.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing beverage strategies that drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian traditional beverages and their cultural significance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and beverage management software such as Sage 50 or similar.
• Certification in beverage management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
