In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in creating and executing pastry recipes, ensuring the quality and consistency of our baked goods. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Keep detailed records of inventory and usage of ingredients.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development activities.,Ensure that all pastries are prepared according to established recipes and standards.,Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.,Assist in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and desserts.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
