📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the outlet's daily operations, including stock control and inventory management.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking shelves and cleaning the outlet.,Assist in the preparation and serving of products to customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Assist in promoting the outlet's products and services to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with the Outlet Staff to ensure smooth workflow and teamwork.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting principles.,Physical stamina to stand and work for extended periods.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
