Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join one of the world's leading pizza delivery chains? Domino's is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee our store at 1901 Johnson St NE in Minneapolis, MN.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including operations, staff, and customer service. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure that our store meets and exceeds customer expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and sales.
  • Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work with the General Manager to develop and implement store improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and communicated to staff.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the General Manager.
  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role in the foodservice industry is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Must be able to obtain a food handler's permit.
  • Must be able to obtain a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
