CV Raya Inovasi is seeking a dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Gianyar. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet coordination and a passion for logistics and transportation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain vehicle schedules, routes, and maintenance records.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle operations.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of fuel and other operational supplies.,Support the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator, including data entry and report generation.,Assist in the organization and conduct of fleet audits and inspections.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
