Makmur Fajar is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper financial reporting and analysis.,Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare necessary tax filings.,Monitor and reconcile bank statements, ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Provide training and guidance to junior accountants and finance staff.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
