📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial projections,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and areas for improvement,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations,Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP accounting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
