📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize various tour activities and events for our guests.,Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure smooth execution of tours.,Develop and maintain tour itineraries and schedules.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.,Monitor and report on tour activities and guest feedback.,Assist in marketing and promoting our tour activities to attract more guests.,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the tourism industry.,Maintain accurate records of tour activities and guest information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in tour arrangement or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with local attractions, culture, and customs in Bali.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
