📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and target potential customers in the welding industry.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations to address customer needs.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.,Provide technical support and advice to customers on welding solutions and equipment.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or technical sales roles, preferably in the welding industry.,Strong understanding of welding processes, equipment, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
