📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.,Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Ensure the availability and proper use of medical supplies and equipment, and order replacements as needed.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or in a similar role.,Certification in advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) or other relevant certifications.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience in a similar role within a healthcare facility is a plus.
