📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met.,Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks.,Prepare detailed project reports and presentations for stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Mentor and guide junior engineers and project team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or similar roles.,Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with industry regulations and standards is a plus.
